Massage of the upper limbs
Why is a good upper limb massage ?!
We should care for our hands and pamper them. As a prevention, it is good to take regular resting hands regularly, to properly move and rotate the hands so that it does not always work on wrists or forearms, stretching the fingers and the whole arm.
A massage is also appropriate to relieve your hand and wrist pain.
An unpleasant hand disorder includes a carpal tunnel disease, in fact a nerve disorder located in the wrist tunnel, caused by swelling or displacement of one of the nine tendons that surround the nerve as if it were pricked in a narrowed space. In an untreated condition, it may come to the stage that the hand will not be as functional as before. E.g. weakened hand, insufficient grip.
Syndrome is often caused by repeated hand overloading (hard-working or athletic) and certain stereotypical activities (such as keyboard and mouse work).
symptoms:
anger or burning (paraesthesia),
pain or numbness of the hand, which typically gets worse at night,
agitation and weakness of the hand,
the weak ability to grasp something by the hand and to reach the thumb cross over the palm to the other fingers,
painful wrist, forearm or shoulder
If prevention prevents repetitive pain in the wrist, or chronic pain, minimize the wrist movement, if it does not help, it is good to visit a doctor who will find out at what stage the disease is.
